However, the check list brings up truly important points. Most people are not willing to take the steps necessary to successfully achieve their goals, and that includes becoming healthy and fit. You can see the results of this in the growing obesity epidemic that is plaguing the world today. Now you can’t tell me these people want to be fat and out of shape, effectively shortening their lives dramatically.

Various studies have shown that out of every 100 people, only 5-10% of them take the steps to be truly healthy and successful. The other 90-95% have the following future to look forward to:

The alarm rings in the morning, you blink several times as your eyes adjust to the morning light. Then your old friend the pain returns…you spend the next 10 minutes just trying to sit upright on the edge of the bed. O’ it’s going to be another wonderful day of pain pills and agony. Fallen arches…intense low back pain….even pain from just walking around the shopping mall! You’ll be asking friends to slow down so you can keep up. After an exhausting day of barely doing anything, you crawl into bed thankful the doctor gave you another prescription to help you sleep.

Think this wont happen to you? Think your different from everyone else? You might want to think again, I see patients every day that this their story. It can happen before you know it, but there are things that you can do to avoid this fate. This manual starts you on your path to changing things.

This is my story……

The journey began15 years ago…seething in Pain.. I climbed up a crutch, using it like a ladder to pull myself off the ground one rung at a time. Slowly, the best that I could I hobbled to the restroom hoping that I would not have another muscle spasm that would bring me to my knees before I could finally relieve my bladder. You see it took me the last half hour to talk myself into this attempt at fighting through the pain and walking. At this point the pain was unbearable,  I was wishing for someone to come along and shoot me….O God…Please Help Me!!!

This was my life off and on for several years. I had injured my back lifting copy machines for a living. After the initial bout of pain and suffering…I would have reoccurring flare ups at least once a year. Finally I became fed up with it all and decided that I needed to conquer this thing!

So I set out to learn everything that I could about the body and how it functioned. It has taken me over 15 years, tens of thousands of dollars, and even earned several degrees to gain and apply this knowledge. I have been able to build a strong, pain free body, that has withstood the abuse that I place on it in training and in life. The information that I am sharing with you will help start you on your way to building your best body ever. I was having some trouble with my hamstrings being tight and my muscles in my upper back and neck being sore and I tried some of these stretches and took Tim’s advice about when and how to stretch and I am already feeling better! I am also not getting tight muscles during my workouts or after!!
